I think the highest bridge deal has been under 7 mil, in this environment it’s not going to go up that much.

The average may be around 7 but the last year will be over 10 meaning the QO is the starting point on the next deal.

10+ would be fine on the next deal

If the cap goes up you'll be looking at 12+ for those two

I think that’s fine too because if you look at if the signed 6 year deals at 9 and 10mil it’s average is the same you save some money now on bridge deals and then give it back later. That gives the team time to get all the bad contracts off the books and it’ll open a 4 year window until we’d have to deal with it. The only reason to sign them long term is if they’ll give you 8 years at 9 and 10mil but I don’t think they’ll.
