Cats aren’t giving the Habs a first for Domi

First, you traded Mete which is a mistake to say the least (also you traded him for nothing), you then signed Mike Hoffman who is not great (to say the least) at 5v5, you trade a good 1C in Domi for way less than his value, you bumped Danault to the 3rd line when it's clear that the top line that the habs have now is very effective. You took most of the good things about the Habs and tore it down.

Is that enough?

Hoffman greatly improves out pp which is a huge need. He also score 29 goals which is also a need. Clearly you didn’t watch the series between Habs and pens because nick Suzuki played better than danault and more minutes by the end, he’ll also be a year older. In the last game domi played under 10 mins so not a good 1c for us. And mete is ****ing ****. Also the guy above doesn’t seem to agree about a first not being enough

I thought that they could use a good 2c to help them before barkov and huberdeau leave. But it’s cool if you say no

Not wise to assume they are leaving in the first place

It was more to make it worth staying. Nothings a guarantee and you guys don’t make the playoffs very often.
