why would you want to buyout half of those players?

Yamamoto is not a center and if those are the centers you plan on running, we are in real trouble. Pitts declines of course. Bouchard and Broberg are not quite ready and not sure why Broberg being a 7th D and sitting on the bench is good for his development, cant develop if you are not playing. We will finish last in the NHL with this line up

Also I think you can have only 3 buyouts, but someone else can correct me on that if I am wrong

Huh? You want to buy out your goalie with a .917 this year and was arguably a top 10 goalie?
Copenhagen liked this.

All joking aside....I would send James Neal back to Vegas for Fleury, if it could be possible.

A goalie no one has faith in...hence Smith started the playoffs and Holland will again bring in a co starter. That's a save bet.

I would trade him, but the return wouldn't be anything worth writing about.

Just because a team wants to bring in a good backup doesn't mean they have no faith in koskinen. how could they have no faith in him when he started more games than smith?

Starting more games than hot garbage Smith....Should have spend the extra 1/2 million and brought back Talbot...Funny how ex oilers Talbot and Lucic were playoff stars while ex Flames Smith and Neal were playoff duds. Some one guess wrong on that outcome.

This isn't a serious ACGM attempt but...if the Knights are shopping a Cup winning living legend like Fleury, than the Oilers could use him, for the win now attitude, because Koskinen isn't a playoff hero.
