Signings based on Evolving-Hockey's projections.

Trades:
- Came down to Lars vs Benning and while Lars was fantastic on the PK, I don't think he's overall a better player. Benning is also much cheaper.
- Krug is leaving Boston, Chara is bullying his way in the line-up next season, they're gonna need help.
- Rangers depth on RW is not good and we need to dump cap. Even though he is cheaper than Chiasson, he is certainly not a better player. Chiasson is worth keeping over him.
