If they can find a stopgap to Wall yes. Olof Lindbom is making Georgiev expendable.

I don't think so, but I like McCabe and I really like getting rid of Staal's contract especially since he could actually waive his NMC to play with his brother

What makes you say that? After not seeing him be selected for the WJC for Sweden had me skeptical.

I don't follow the prospects that well so just curious.

I've watched Olof since 2018. I knew why Benoit Allaire likes him. Natural instincts and reads the game well. Challenges aggressively, very poise. Only issues with him is he'll take time and has consistency issues.

His poise reminds me of Shesterkin, Aggressive style reminds me of Tim Thomas and Robin Lehner. I think If all goes well he'll beat out Georgiev and Wall. Maybe even Shesterkin.
