No way Edmonton gives up that much for Seabrook's brutal contract. I could see Seabrook eventually landing in Edmonton but that hinges on whether he waives his no trade clause.
Right now Seabrook straight up for Yak would be more feasible, and even then...

I could see him landing in EDM at the end of his career too, but not anytime soon. EDM looks like they're trending upward, but then again Chiarelli is still there. He has time to CONTINUE to mess it up. He has clear history to NOT seeing talent. I could have drafted McDavid.

Almost all those signings are old guys who can't play well anymore - and physically not in some cases, like Fleischmann who was released from the Wild PTO because he didn't pass the physical.
