Description

The Pens in my opinion need to add to the 3rd line, but they don't have the money to do it. The only realistic ways are moving JJ (with retention of course) or Hornqvist (possibly with retention)

-JR clearly won't move or buy out JJ and ACTUALLY LIKES HIM.
-Hornqvist's clause and contract make moving him difficult.

Pens don't have the cap space and you guys have like 10,000 picks in the first two rounds lol.

Regardless, Ottawa was largely arbitrary in this scenario. Murray should go for a 2nd to whatever team he goes to.
