That'd be a solid no from NJ. Not enough value coming back. Sure we could use Dermott, but we don't need Andersen as we already have Blackwood as our #1, and Schneider as our overpaid backup. Petan is a 25 year old fringe nhl/ahl player that adds little value.
If you want a young right handed defenceman on a team friendly deal (4.17m/yr for 3 more years), you're going to need to give up something of value.

NJ declines, they don't need Andersen since they already have a starting goalie in Blackwood. This would be a good deal if you replace Andersen with Nylander.
