I am with you until the 4th line. I don't think Andrighetto is going to start which is a shame, I like the kid. And I don't think they'll put an NHL rookie as the centre of a PK line. Mitchell centres this year and McCarron goes on a wing to get experience. Andrighetto, Flynn and Danault battle for the 13th forward spot.

... nice logic, he can be getzlaf, thorton, hanzal, or backes at center or he could be john scott on wing.. who would you rather have? see how that works?

I think mitchell and danault will play over McCarron this year for sure , Flynn will be the extra forward and they likely won't put andrighetto on waivers. Switch markov and emelin, in my opinion sergachev should play with a defensive dman to help him out.

bishopsdad.... I agree that Mitchell will center that line but I think after MaCarron's camp he's earned the chance to start there, see what he can really do in the first couple of games. I also believe who I have listed is who will start with the team, Danault will start in St. John's.

Apag11....I have no idea what you are trying to say, it makes no sense....and really CaptainFlyntnt already addressed you .......so I got nothing to say to you.

CaptainFlynnt...I think Danault will start in the minors as he doesn't have to clear waivers and there really isn't a spot for him right now. Saying that I also can see MaCarron starting in the minors for the same reason, but as I said before I believe his camp has earned his a chance to at least start the season in Montreal. The same way I believe Sergachev could very well end up back in junior by game 9 but for the time being he's earned the right to start in Montreal. Also, I see what your saying about Sergachev playing with Emeiln and that's a good call but I think he can learn more form Markov and this way you can mitigate Markov's minutes, plus Petry (when healthy) palyed well when paired with Emelin last year. And you can always switch Emelin and Markov around during the game.

Apag11.....was following you at first and agree that MaCarron would be better suited on the wing as I don't believe he is fast enough to be a center in the NHL. But then ya lost me....nobody is comparing him to Thornton....he's not even close!!!!! Or even to Backes.....COME ON MAN!!!
