I completely agree but anytime I ship JVR out for a 4th with a 3rd I'm told that it needs to be a first and Frost so I didn't feel like having those comments

I like how every Flyers fan wants to trade Frost and Ratcliffe for Johnny. The Flames ask would be Farabee and I doubt they'd come down from that.

OTT just bought out bobby ryan with a similar contract and similar player as JVR they are not going to take on another one with a 3 year contract....

Frost has more value than Farabee around the league... he's an a prospect with top line center potential as well as this years first, a winger with top 6 upside, and another pick. Doesn't Calgary want a center to play behind Monahan?
