I like the moves you made with the forwards. I think those are all reasonable trades.

I don’t like Gustafsson blocking a Byram or Timmons.

I don't know if Byram is ready yet, or they would have played him over Connaughton in the Dallas series. Timmins can't stay healthy, so I looked for another option

I feel that. I think Byram will have every opportunity coming into camp to make the team. Same for Timmons. There is a difference plugging him in the SCP when he hasn’t had time to learn the Avs system, versus giving him a full training camp, preseason games etc.

He doesn’t have anything else to prove in the WHL and I think he’s hit his ceiling for what he can learn at that level.
