Look a little closer. Anaheim is near the cap ceiling only because Kesler is being shown on the IR. Once he moves to the LTIR, the Ducks have plenty of space. In any event, the OP is showing "Anaheim" to indicate "Any Team" and we wouldn't be interested in either of these players.
