Why would the leafs give up Kerfoot+2nd for a 3rd? Lol. He’s a very serviceable 3rd centre that other teams hate to play against.

Yeah, no. The leafs arnt paying to give up a good 3rd liner especially to a team that paid to take on gubranson

I made that trade as a truly worst case scenario, I wanted to see where we would be at if we had to pay to move Kerfoot(very unlikely) and re signing Soup+Dermott.
