Description

I think Athanasiou surveys the market and circles back to a ‘Show Me’ Deal with the Oilers. Takes the opportunity to move up in the lineup and maybe play with either Draisaitl or McDavid. That’s his best option right now.
Klefbom sits on LTIR all season likely. Could see Broberg make the team. Though he should play another year in Sweden.

Would at the very least stop fans complaining that the AA trade was compelte trash. I agree it was an overpayment, but deadlines do that. AA would have been Qualified without the COVID unknown. Funny enough though, I bet AA and Kahun end up signing for the same number, and I'd rather Kahun as a 2 way fit with Drai and Yam.

I have a feeling that they will play him this season. He should stay in Sweden. But I agree give him 9 games so he gets a taste of the NHL.
He’s their Stud D of the future.
