Incredible value for both teams, Ottawa gets the best player in the world and oilers get and incredible pick in the draft. This is probably the best trade i've seen on this website. its balanced on both sides, this is pretty much Mcdavid for Mcdavid I would love Connor in Ottawa, but not as much as i'd love that seventh rounder in edmonton. Even though i said this trade was balaced, but i think oilers win this by a long shot, but so does ottawa. Like i said, its so balaced, no one really wins this trade, but the fans do. This is the start of a new era in hockey. Help me i've been kidnapped.

Oilers do need to shed cap and McDavid does make a lot of money. This could be really good for the Oilers with Chiaisson, Larsson, and Russell extensions looming.
