That Duclair contract us waaaaay off-base in the current market ... that's what Toffoli got in the early days of FA. Things are much now tighter now.

Who knows? I think he will need to wait until all the cap strapped teams become compliant to see what opportunities are left, maybe training camp injuries are his best bet... he's in a tough spot. 2 years? 3 mil? Basically what he was looking at in Ottawa? Even that could be high.
