It wont happen because islanders and rangers do not trade but i think it could work itir is the taxi squad and the rangers get a young player in otto who played well in the ahl last season to take on komarov islanders get a center who has disappointed in nyr organization

I was serious. I'm an Islander fan. I would definitely do this deal if it wasn't with the Rangers. Isles save cap, get a potential Cizikas replacement, and get a decent prospect. Rangers get an NHL center prospect and a bottom-6 veteran PKer. It's a good deal for both teams, but no way we do it with NYR.

It's all about making sure it works for the other team too. Whenever I make a deal I build the other team also to see if it works on both sides.

I do the same thing however people overvalue their players every team does it. It makes it hard to make a trade or team that people can agree with
