There are a... few problems with this
A. No McDavid
B. Hart>Blackwood
C. Makar>Weber/Spurgeon
D. Chabot>Gio
E. Barzal/Marner>Toews/Giroux/Seguin
F. Tavares should probably be a healthy scratch after all the changes

B Hart is 22 hes eligible for team NA
C Makar is 22 hes eligible for team NA
D Thats a fair take but Chabot is 23
E Barzal and Marner are both 23

I didn't know that i was just mainly focusing on the guys that were under 24 and that would make the team
