Unusual idea to call up Gilmour and Nieves and play them over Girardi, and Pirri/Lindberg. Send Lindberg down for now. He's struggling a lot. Sit Klein for Clendening.

Don'tTradeNash has a point, the rangers defense is not mobile at all and Girardi and Klein have been terrible for the most part this year. I'd personally bring up Bodie first before Gilmour.

The Rangers are anything but doing well at this point. 1/2 of the defense doesn't have NHL level , the working strategy of throwing 4 skilled lines at the opponent took a massive hit from 2 key injuries and once the speed is taken out of the Rangers game, they get completely shut down. Clog up the neutral zone and you're safe against the Rangers. They need to improve their possession game (I'm not bothering to cite the numbers rn) and improve on the breakout as only McDonagh is capable of moving the puck out of the zone consistently. A RHD is BADLY needed here.

Girardi and Klein are not sitting, resting, sure. Clendening and Puempel are not regulars. Nieves should be up by seasons end. Call ups; Kampfer, Gilmour, Graves and Nieves, Hrivik. Bodie will not be called up.
