The lines need a shakeup. Mika and Kreider have done absolutely nothing and have been liabilities so far. If they aren’t going to produce they don’t deserve to be on the top line every night.

The Panarin-Strome-Laf line was quite literally the best line in the league when they were together and right now they still rank top 5 xGF% I have absolutely no idea why DQ broke up this line

PDG-Chytil-Kakko has also been one of the best lines in the league. PDG and Chytil have been arguably our two best players this season and are producing like top 6 forwards. Kakko has also taken steps foward playing with them

Get Gauthier back in the lineup. There’s no reason he shouldn’t be playing. He’s got great speed and is an amazing forechecker. Keep Blackwell in the lineup he’s solid all around. Lemieux Howden or Rooney can take the last spot they’ve all been playing at similar levels.

On defense keep the same personal just mix up the pairs. Reunite the Miller-Smith pair, when they were together they were a top 3 d pair in the league again I have no clue why DQ split them up.

Lindgren and Trouba play decently together but stack the top pair and get DeAngelo going and literally do not play Johnson any more send him down to the AHL he’s not an nhl defenseman

The players on the pp I don’t really have a problem with but I have a problem with how they’re set up. Why is Mika trying to take one timers at the goal line? Put Panarin in that spot to maximize his playmaking skills. Put Mika on the right faceoff dot where Strome is to actually allow him to take good one-timers
