Danault would be still annoyed with his situation as a bottom 6C. He is doing just fine playing on a higher line in Montreal. Its not that this trade isn't fair, it's just that if you did this, you would have to send Danault to a team that needed him more.

Yeah, Anaheim could use Danault as long as he is fine going to a rebuilding team.

Danault would literally play on the canes 4th line because he's not playing over aho, thocheck is too hot right now and staal is just down right better. Also if it took Danault almost 2 months to score his first goal of the season on a first line how long or ever would he score a goal in the bottom 6
