I'm going to be real the Oilers likely ask for Kopitar to be a fill-in/partially replacement on the second line because in this situation draistial become the 1st line center right?

I know just saying like before he had 1 first-round pick which wouldn't happen now it's better and I just stated that because then it would be violated

I don't really care about the value, but if I were an oilers fan, I would go ballistic at the thought of them trading McDavid. It's just not gonna happen. Although, they did it with Gretzky, and he was irreplaceable. Any team who trade a franchise player for a large bundle of picks, prospects, and good player... Newsflash, They lose the trade.

So this is a Lindros to QUE size trade. I think Oilers would like to get a ready player like Carter/Kopitar back
