If they are good enough to make the playoffs, how far do they go?
This team is made up entirely of players who can speak French.
It is also based on my post from today titled "Getting rid of players that do not speak french", which was about why there needs to be a french-speaking head coach and a french-speaking GM for the Habs, even if there are no french-speaking players on the roster.
There are three exceptions however.
Johnathan Marchessault rather than Anthony Duclair is the substitute for Tatar because Duclair is on IR.
Also, Joel Edmundson is swapped out for Marco Scandella because someone was kind enough to point out that Edmundson let a good chunk of his life that was spent on learning French go to waste.
:(
And in this scenario, the Quebec Language Police determined that Jake Allen failed his French proficiency test miserably and was sent to a gulag in Abitibi :D
Backup goalie is now Jonathan Bernier.
Let me know what you guys think and I'll see you in the comments :D
