I’m not saying Vegas isn’t interested, and Getzlaf may waive for the closeness but,

They literally have 200k in cap space, they would need Anaheim to retain half and take Martinez. Or if they want to keep Martinez get a 3rd team involved to retain more.

I can see something like Holden, NJD second and a B/C prospect to Anaheim for Getzlaf and Retention

A 4th to another team for retention similar to Det in TB/CLB deal

Getzlaf to Vegas

Unless of course an injury were to happen to use LTIR (wink wink)

Also, I will say, Vegas is one place he may agree to waive for, just because how close they are.
