so instead of buyouts? your gonna give up a ton of assets to get rid of those cap hits then to only sign middling players that arent gonna change life whatsoever? is this Jim?

Oh boy, this is a tough look. GMJB has had bad poor asset management but this is a new level of it. 4 years for Petey walks him right to UFA, 2021 1st could be a lottery pick, all the UFAs signed here are over paid and VGK is the last place I would trade a guy like Macewen. Just bury AR26 and LE21 or try to retain 25-50% on AR26 and see if a team will give you a 7th rounder.

Hawks accept, but you have to do more with the cap space if that’s how much you’re gonna pay to dump it
