Did you ever think they were terribly mismanaged during the Peter Chiarelli years . And it may be easier said than done to pay two players $22 million and build a year after year powerhouse . Nobody has done it yet .

Swap out Ratcliffe for Frost .Add Nolan Patrick , and Sean Couturier, with Konecny, and Provorov , drop this year's first for a second and third , the 2022,23 first rounders stay and I'd say you're getting close to a Mcdavid deal.

No sheet they were mismanaged. McDavid deserves better than the mess he's had to deal with.

you know whats funny, ive been saying it for the past 3 years how McDavid is not gonna lead this team to victory in the playoffs. Him and Draisaitl are the only ones who know how to play hockey. Thats not gonna work in the playoffs. He might be the best player in the league, but have fun trying to win a cup.
