The Reilly for Jones deal is risky for both teams, but maybe doable, if anything the Leafs might have to give up a little more incentive for Jones, but ideally not because Jones wants out...
Shaking up the core without doing a complete overhaul, solidify goaltending, and a significant d core upgrade, and still have young forward assets to mix in with the veteran presence, and still have a couple mill for teh deadline should things not pan out with the younger players..
