doubt amirov is ready for the NHL next year, let alone playing in the top 6 of a contending NHL team lol

I'd be happy for him to prove me wrong however

So the Leafs can't afford to sign Morgan Rilley long term, Yet they can afford to sign Dougie Hamilton long term and who's going to command more money then Rielly. Yeah that seems logical.

Hyman will be better off leaving & paid more in the top 6. Letting Reilly walk is real bad asset management.

Not only that but 33 year old Reimer takes a 800k contract on a 1 year term...knowing how goalies age that might be his last chance at a multi-year deal worth any money. AND leaves a team that has actually made it out of the 1st round for one that hasn't.

Yup and i'm pretty sure that Hyman already turned down a 5x5 offer from the leafs, So he's definitely not signing for 5 x $4,000,000. And i think Reimer gets at least 2 x $2,500,000 even the backup market isn't cheap anymore.

Hamilton>Rielly is the bigger picture, take the assets you get for rielly and allocate his capspace into a better defenceman in hamilton. pretty simple stuff

Got news for you? Hamilton is going to cost you way more then 7 years $56,000,000 doubtful Hamilton takes anything less then $9,000,000 and possibly $9,500,000 to play in Toronto.
