    Really depends on the return. If you get a 1st and a prospect only, the heck with it. Ruin his career. If you get a halfway decent package, you have to move him.

    He’s going to get more than a first and a prospect. Next year his no move kicks in, and things will be a lot more difficult. He clearly doesn’t want to be there. That’s a bad situation. Move him before it gets hard.
