You and me both. I’d rather keep DeMelo at 1m less then sign Larsson and lose a second. Plus if you send him to a different team you could probably get that pick going the other way.

I like copp but 2.5 is all id pay most of his big year was off elhers back

As much as I’d love to get Copp that cheap, no chance he accepts anything less than 3.75. Especially with his agent. He’ll either be left exposed to go to seattle, or he’ll file for arbitration to get out next year, or he’s traded.

Did a solid job for a non Jets fan. Dougie would be awesome in a Jets jersey. The only thing I’d consider is maybe giving Perfetti another year in the AHL. Obviously we can’t predict how he’ll do in camp, but I think it’s reasonable to expect him to play 1 more year with the moose. Unless they’re going back to the pre-covid OHL rules. Then keep him with the team.
