Why would Leafs trade Rielly and Mikheyev for a year on Kempe. Toronto doesn't need another bottom 6 forward. Bad trade value for leafs

(Kings fan) so fair and honest opinion.

Eichel Trade : That’s a huge decline. Way too much for Eichel. Kaliyev, Turcotte, and Bjornfot who are probably on the top 5 prospect list on the Kings plus the 8th overall pick. Ehhh.. I just can’t imagine Rob Blake saying yes to this.

Kempe Trade - I don’t think I have any problem with this one. Seems pretty fair in value, but I don’t think Blake wants to move Kempe yet.

If you think Kempe is a bottom-6 forward, having a conversation with you is going to be completely worthless.

Yea I'm sure he's a top 6 on the Kings, but the Leafs aren't the Kings. If the leafs were to trade Rielly and Mikheyev it would be for someone who has a bit of term on his contract and is an impact player who can forecheck aggressively and set up or guys. There's definitely better options for the leafs out there Kempes, not the one lol
