Bolts still decline

Flames obviously decline too, and Seattles not taking on Myers

tradin 925,000 in cap space is not worth a 5th and a 6th? if not how much is it worth?

as for the tampa trade Rathbone is a better player than foote. foote scored less points in his 6 ahl games than rathbone who scored 9/8 gp and 3pin8nhl games. motte is a top 10 Pk'ER in the league on great deal who probably do great with an offensive center like Johnson and pot 20 goals. if you're not familiar with motte he is a similar player to Paquette yet he has way more scoring potential.

TBL will just lose Killorn anyways to seattle if they don't make this trade. might as well get some value back which i think mcdonagh is worth a RFA motte and an upgrade on D

Tampa will need another offseason miracle to keep circumventing the cap.

TB needs Foote already stacked on the left side . You over value Motte.
No chance you are getting Savard for that Bhahaha. Why does he take a 2.4 million dollar paycut to play in Vancouver?

also of course seattle takes myers, who are they gonna take instead Holtby? for a 63rd nhl goalie making 4.2m. or are they gonna take lind or gadjovich who aren't likely to have more than a couple of seasons and then fizzle. at least myers has value and could be traded for a pick to a team that will need a dman because seattle took theirs. Trust Seattle is going to end up picking 12-13 dmen and then trading them for forwards.

your undervaluing keeping the core of the team together at no cost. TBL can't keep trading away 1sts. and if tb need a RD why not sign Hankanpaa.

Trust me i'm not overvaluing motte. motte is worth a low 1st or a high second. Great term and a rfa. that kid is the only reason jay beagle looks like a passable NHL'er

on evolving hockey. they use cap friendlies predictor. it's a paid subscription service. Remember players that sign new deals will take a salary paycut on the first couple years anyway on a contract they sign for term. also savard has scored how many points in the last 3 years? and he's playing 14 minutes a game in the playoffs. that tells me he is a bottom pairing player now
