He does have a trade list and from what I know he only wants to be traded to a Western Canadian team so that eliminates Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal

So it leaves us with Winnipeg, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton

So my question is which of these teams seems the most logical and what would the package to get Keith look like?
