Description

These deals make the Flames bigger without losing mush offense. Hall can put the puck in the net and still has three years left on his contract. Hall and Vertanen both add size. Vancouver needs more scoring up front in the short term and Vertanen would be great on a line with Bennett and Shinkaruk. All three can develop and build chemistry together. Thoughts?

Although Johnny has had an off year... He is defiantly more valuable than Hall... He is more of a play maker than Hall and Will SELL more tickets than Hall...

As for the Virtanen deal... he is an unproven prospect that has not even shown an ability to dominate in the AHL let alone the NHL... Just Why??? And Flames are supposed to give up Versteeg and a second round pick for him??? Vancouver would be laughing all the way to the bank to cash in that deal... JUST BAD...
