I don't think Tampa is trading their captain anywhere, but especially not to a division rival they're likely to meet in the playoffs.

as a bruins fan the only way tampa trades a player like stamkos is for cap releif. JD would not be a part of that trade

Stamkos may waive BUT don't see Tampa trading with in division Boston. Stamkos may waive for the right situation.. Detroit and NY Rangers come to mind... an interesting match could be Stamkos for Valesenko and St. Louis
