Unless Tampa is going to LTIR someone again, you probably don't get a first and a third to have someone take cap off your books. Yes killorn is a decent player on a decent deal, but Tampa is at a position of weakness if they need to shed cap.

I think the cost of cap dumps are generally overblown, but Rutta + 2nd probably wouldn't cut it when asking Seattle to take Johnson instead of anyone unprotected
