Description

Must have your own top 6 players currently active (regardless of salary) who deserve to win the Stanley Cup
-These players can not be under 23 or be on an elc
Salary Cap is allowed to be 90000000
No one on the team can have their name on the Stanley Cup
Allowed at most 2 elc's and 5 RFA's (Not including the top 6 Players)
Must have at least 20 players
