I think both trades provide a good balance for both teams. Eichel probably won't fetch much more than this, Rossi has had his health issues similar to Eichel so it makes sense too. Fleury's stock has dropped a lot and was nearly a free asset from Carolina anyways, the picks are more valuable, and Soucy isn't terrible, just a tough cap hit

Raise the cap towards the deadline if they want to add using LTIR. Fits under cap before season starts so it's a legal move
