Certainly that would be ideal ... I'd like Savard too in that role, if Larsson fall through. Not a top pair guy, but he's keep Smith safe.

I was thinking Larsson (Savard, Martinez) will sign a 2-4 year deal until Clarke/Hughes, Mukamadullin, etc are ready

I personally like Bahl more than Siegnthaler

Boqvist+3rd? Boqvist is expansion exempt and on ELC

I like that plan. Any of those three would be solid stop gaps. At that point though, you may need to replace Severson & Graves too, unless they are willing to extend. Fitzgerald has his work cut out for himself, but he's managed this well so far.

Best thing you could do for Fabbro is get him away from Hynes.
