Contracts are all low ball offers considering these guys are UFAs. Landeskog gets 8.5 on the market. Hard to imagine him taking a 2 million dollar haircut to stay in Colorado. Also likely a million plus light on Grubauer, and while that might get Saad done, I doubt it, likely another million there as well

That seems like a significant overpay for 1 year of Jarnkrok. Take out Kaut to start.

Yeah, they are all hometown discounts. But Gru isn't not better than Lehner, so 5x5 is really fair there.
Landy should be accepting something like 7x7,5. So giving him the full 8 years + NMC + front loaded (for example 10 mil a year the first 4 years) seem like a realistic way to get it down.
The Saad deal maybe have to land around 4x4,5 and that's under market value. But I think he likes it there and can accept it.

Yeah, maybe an overpayment for Jarnkrok, it was way better last year when there was an extra year involved. But his contract is very team friendly, he's a better player than JTC and could easily be worth 4 mil.
