Buying out Neal leaves the Oilers with $20M in cap space; burying Turris, moving Kassian (as rumored) and Stalock off the roster gives them $25M but more hole to fill with just 14 players signed. I also swapped Lagesson for Samorukov (+$100k). Here's how I fill out the remaining 9 roster spots:
