Switch Dillion with Braun and you have a deal as a Rangers fan. I know Boedker isn't having the year the sharks had hoped but maybe a change of scenery will help. Who knows?

Boedker's been playing really well in the last couple of months (the whole season, really), and esp the last month. He's just been really, really unlucky in terms of finding the back of the net but he's been driving play extremely well with speed through the neutral zone and into the o-zone, and has been a huge part in the success of that 2nd line of Marleau - Couture - Boedker which resulted in Marleau's absolutely phenomenal stretch of games since his 4-goal 3rd period against COL on Jan.23. More briefly, he's been great, just doesn't have that reflected in the stats sheet (though it is in his advanced stats).

No can do from the Sharks perspective on Braun. He's too important for the team with Vlasic on what I'd argue the best shutdown tandem in the league. I know this probably won't change your mind but Dillon's a really good defender and has played great this season with a competent D partner in Schlemko. He's easily a top4 dman on pretty much all 29 other teams: http://www.fearthefin.com/2017/1/6/14185192/brenden-dillon-is-a-good-defender
