Why are you giving up a c prospect for Patrick laneZ?

I would say Kevin fiala and Patrick lane are equal.

I like Fiala but right now I think Laine has a tiny bit more value. Not much though. I would think Columbus might consider this…

Fiala and a 3rd rd pick.

I think Columbus would be more inclined to do the deal than MN. The Wild need a Center. A winger as talented as Laine could be really fun to watch but it doesn’t solve the Wild’s needs down the middle.

In fairness, my thoughts are always evolving and I think I was a bit off when I came up with this trade idea initially.
