Goals:

1) Resigning: Thomas 3 year bridge deal, Kyrou 2 year bridge deal, Barb a 4 year deal similar to Hyman's contract (2017), Buch 7 year $42M deal

2) Extensions: Perron 2 year $7M deal, Parayko 4 year $25M deal similar to Petry's contract (2020)

3) Package Tarasenko and Sanford send to team like Seattle for a 3rd LW and a couple picks

4) Sign a LW to pair with O'Reilly and Perron for 3-4 years. Coleman or Schwartz will do

5) OPTIONAL: Sign a true back-up goalie like Reimer. With that, Blues can deal Husso for picks to any team needing a back-up (I just picked WSH because they lost Vanecek and Anderson probably retires. Husso will be a cheap back-up for WSH when they need room to make changes this offseason too.)

Looking at the roster there is a lot of flexibility. Mac and Cliff can rotate in and out on the 4th line. Bort and Santini can rotate for that 3RD spot. Walman and Mikkola can rotate too for that pairing with Parayko depending on who’s riding the hot hand. I think Scotty P and Neighbours makes a case for themselves playing in the AHL this year and join the team next season when Bort and Cliff get off the books.
