I get that was the ask I know I know but I feel they at least need a RD prospect to be added

recent rumors are calling that the asking price. Not sure where they originated, whether from just speculation from an analyst or The Sabres Org. themselves, but i based this off of that draft.

As for Carrier, he's had a down year and was just above average last year. I wouldn't mind keeping him, but I figured there were cheaper options out there (like Leivo). So I figured the Canucks could use a depth piece with potential to be a good 3/4th liner

I would be comfortable giving up Coghlan as well for Eichel. I'm not sure what his projection is, but I doubt he's gonna have anywhere near the same value as Eichel

That makes sense. I was a bit surprised by that as well. If I were to be asking for a young defenseman, it would be Whitecloud. He looks like he's shaping up to be a very good defensive defenseman. And he shoots right.
