I wholeheartedly agree! They would be rebuilding a team of young players already. Whats the point in that.

Find ways to get rid of Beauchemin and Soderberg by eating salary and taking on a couple useless pending UFAs and replace with younger players. Trade down in the draft to acquire a good dman. Colorado doesn't need a another top forward prospect. Trade down with a team desperate for a centre for example and use their pick to take another dman prospect.

This team shouldn't be rebuilding IMO. They have too many core pieces that are young and signed long term to need to rebuild. (Unless there is a problem within the team, then something needs to happen)

One of the worst seasons in NHL history isn't enough to burn it down? This core stinks and needs to be thrown into the dumpster. IMHO.

I agree that they should hold off on selling the farm it's one season and it's got out of hand they need to work on filling out there d a bit more and fill in some depth but selling and rebuilding is pointless but selling parts to add what's needed would make senses

I agree too because if they don't trade Mackinnon and Duchene, they will still have solid veterans that can help the younger players out! because they are the most likely to get Nolan Patrick! But the signing of Tomas Tatar would be a great signing! but that is if he signs with Colorado!
