If you're going to ask for Hamonic, you'd have to drop one of Strome, Dal Colle or the 1st rounder. Hamonic is a top pairing defenseman being paid an excessively team friendly contract you can't expect too much else in return for him if you're offering JUST Duchene.

I think if you drop Strome from the trade offer, it goes through. Or, you could swap out Hamonic for de Haan. You clearly need a LH defenseman more than a RH defenseman (you already have Barrie and Johnson)
