I probably wouldn’t do that trade either but objectively, kassian Koskinen Turris Russell are all worse than a retained Kessel. 3/4 of those guys are cap dumps and the other has little value.

oilers need a top 6 and a cap dump, think of everything outside the first round pick as a cap dump, and the first round pick the actual trade

Yeah I get that. I think you’d have to drop the 2 and 4 coming back, especially with so much $ retained on Kessel
