1. No, KK for Dvorak would never happen. Montreal only adds KK for a deal like Eichel, not Dvorak. Dvorak's purpose is to shelter him as a number 2C.
2. GM's understand Drouin's capability. He's obviously had an uncertain year but he has been on 40-50 point pace consistently his past 4-5 years. Looking at St. Louis roster, it seems they need winger depth, especially since Tarasenko seems as good as gone. Throwing in a decent prospect is also a plus for them. Other team's offers haven't even been as high value as that trade and it may be doing St. Louis a favor at the end of the day.
3. As for the Dvorak trade, that value is as high as I would pay if im Montreal. MAYBE a second instead of a 3rd. No cap dump for Arizona, 2 decent prospects and a pick. They aren't getting much more than that from any team in my opinion and prospects and a pick works for their rebuild.
