Seems realistic, I think if we had that trade I'd rather put lazar at center which is more natural for him and put AA on the wing to make him more offensive minded. I personally would like to see sproul used to move one of our bad contracts if possible too but that's just me

I agree on the sproul. I would think you could (in the offseason when he's healthy) move sproul with Howard (and howie retained salary) to Calgary for an early to mid round pick. He problem is the sample size for sproul is so small that I'm not sure he has much value. Personally think he could be a great NHL offensive defenseman. But blash only rewards defense

And also the only reason I like AA at center instead of lazar is just because speed. The whole game plan behind blash's system is speed down the middle. Why I don't understand how Larkin isn't a center full time yet. But helm does provide that speed
